Formaldehyde-Free Fixing agent a polymerization polyamine cationic polymer.

Application Method

Fabrics use this high efficient fixing agent after dyeing and soaping finished, treat the material 15-20 minutes at the PH 5.5 - 6.5 and the temperature 50 ℃- 70 ℃. Note that prior to heating the fixing agent is added, gradually warming up after operation.

The dosage depends on the specific amount of fabric color depth, the recommended dosage is as following:

1. Dipping: 0.6-2.1% (o.w.f)

2. Padding: 10-25 g/L

If the fixing agent is applied after finishing process, it can be used with non-ionic softener, best dosage depends on test.

Package and Storage

Package	It is packaged in 50L,125L, 200L, 1100L plastic drum.
Storage	It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, at room temperature.
Shelf Life	12 months
