Powder Defoamer
Description
This product is refined from modified methyl silicone oil, methylethoxy silicone oil, hydroxy
silicone oil, and multiple additives. As it contains minimal water, it is suitable for use as a
defoaming component in solid powdered products. It offers advantages such as ease of use,
convenient storage and transportation, resistance to deterioration, tolerance to high and low temperatures, and a long shelf life. Containing our proprietary high-temperature and strong- alkali-resistant defoaming agents, it maintains stable chemical performance in harsh
environments. Thus, it is more suitable than conventional defoamers for high-alkaline cleaning applications

Application Field
Foaming-inhibiting components in high-alkaline cleaning agents for beer bottles, steel, etc. household laundry detergents, general laundry powders, or in combination with cleaners, granular insecticides dry-mixed mortar, powder coatings, siliceous mud, and drilling well cementing industries mortar mixing, starch gelatinization, chemical cleaning, etc. drilling mud, hydraulic adhesives, chemical cleaning, and synthesis of pesticide solid preparations.

Usage Method
Direct Addition: Add the defoamer periodically at designated points into the the treatment tank.
Storage, Transportation & Packaging
Packing: This product is packed in 25kg.
Storage: This product is suitable for room temperature storage, do not place near the heat source or sun exposure. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to the product. Seal the container when not in use to avoid contamination by harmful bacteria. The storage period is half a year. If there is any stratification after prolonged storage, mix it well, it will not affect the effect of use.
Transportation: This product should be sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkali and acid, rain and other impurities from mixing.
