PPG-Poly(propylene glycol)
Description
The PPG series is soluble in organic solvents such as toluene, ethanol, and trichloroethylene.It has a wide range of applications in industry, medicine, daily chemicals and other fields.

Performance and Applications
1.PPG200, 400, and 600 are soluble in water and have properties such as lubrication, solubilization, defoaming, and antistatic effects. PPG-200 can be used as a dispersant for pigments.
2.In cosmetics, PPG400 is used as an emollient, softener, and lubricant.
3.Used as a defoaming agent in paints and hydraulic oils, as a defoaming agent in the processing of synthetic rubber and latex, as an antifreeze and coolant for heat transfer fluids, and as a viscosity modifier.
4.Used as an intermediate in esterification, etherification, and polycondensation reactions.
5.Used as a release agent, solubilizer, and additive for synthetic oils. It is also used as an additive for water-soluble cutting fluids, roller oils, and hydraulic oils, as a high-temperature lubricant, and as both an internal and external lubricant for rubber.
6.PPG-2000~8000 has excellent lubricating, antifoaming, heat-resistant, and frost-resistant properties.
7.PPG-3000~8000 is mainly used as a component of polyether polyols for the production of polyurethane foam plastics.
8.PPG-3000~8000 can be directly used or esterified for the production of plasticizers and lubricants.
