Description

This product is an environmental friendly chemical .It is a water- soluble high polymer. It’s not soluble in most organic solvents, with good flocculating activity, and can reduce the friction resistance between liquid.

Main Applications

Widely used for sedimentation and separation in various specialized industries, such as red mud settling in the alumina industry, rapid clarification of phosphoric acid crystallization separation liquid, etc. It can also be used as a papermaking dispersant, for retention and drainage aids, sludge dewatering, and various other fields.

Usage Instructions

1.Shake or stir this product thoroughly before use.

2.During dissolution, add water and the product simultaneously while stirring.

3.The recommended dissolution concentration is 0.1~0.3% (on an absolute dry basis), with a dissolution time of about 10~20 minutes.

4.When transferring dilute solutions, avoid using high-shear rotor pumps such as centrifugal pumps; it is preferable to use low-shear pumps like screw pumps.

5.Dissolution should be carried out in tanks made of materials such as plastic, ceramic, or stainless steel. The stirring speed should not be too high, and heating is not required.

6.The prepared solution should not be stored for long periods and is best used immediately after preparation.

Package and Storage

Package: 25L, 200L, 1000L plastic drum.

Storage: The storage temperature of the emulsion is perfectly between 0-35℃. The general emulsion can be stored for 6 months. When the storage time is long, there will be a layer of oil deposited on the upper layer of the emulsion and it is normal. At this time, the oil phase should be returned to the emulsion by mechanical agitation, pump circulation, or nitrogen agitation. The performance of the emulsion will not be affected. The emulsion freezes at a lower temperature than water. The frozen emulsion can be used after it is melted, and its performance will not change significantly. However, it may be necessary to add some anti-phase surfactant to the water when it is diluted with water.
