Sulfur Removal Agent
Description
Product Properties:Solid powder
Main Ingredients:Thiobacillus, Pseudomonas, enzymes, and nutrients.
Scope of Application
Suitable for treating industrial wastewater such as municipal sewage treatment plants, various chemical wastewaters, coking wastewater, petrochemical wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, landfill leachate, and food wastewater.
Main Benefits
1.Sulfur Removal Agent is a mixture of specially selected bacterial strains that can be used under microaerobic, anoxic, and anaerobic conditions. It can suppress hydrogen sulfide odors in sludge, composting, and sewage treatment. Under low oxygen conditions, it can enhance biodegradation performance.
2.During its growth process, sulfur removal bacteria utilize soluble or dissolved sulfur compounds to obtain energy. They can also reduce high-valent sulfur to water-insoluble low-valent sulfur, which forms a precipitate and is discharged with the sludge, effectively increasing sulfur removal efficiency and improving the treatment efficiency of high-load sewage systems.
3.Sulfur removal bacteria quickly restore systems experiencing low treatment efficiency after exposure to toxic substances or load shocks, improving sludge settling performance and significantly reducing odor, scum, and foam.
Usage and Dosage
For industrial wastewater, the initial dosage is 100-200 grams per cubic meter (based on the volume of the biochemical tank) depending on the water quality of the incoming biochemical system. For enhanced biochemical systems experiencing system shock due to excessive influent fluctuations, the dosage is 50-80 grams per cubic meter (based on the volume of the biochemical tank).
For municipal wastewater, the dosage is 50-80 grams per cubic meter (based on the volume of the biochemical tank).
