    Application Filed

    Bioremediation governance for the pollution of oil and other hydrocarbons, including oil leakage in Circulating water, oil spill pollution in opened or closed water, hydrocarbon pollution in soil, ground and underground water. In bioremediation systems, it makes the diesel oil, petrol, machine oil, lubricating oil and other organic matter into non-toxic carbon dioxide and water.

    Main Functions

    1. The degradation of Oil and its derivatives.

    2. Repair water, soil, ground, mechanical surface which polluted by oil in situ.

    3. The degradation of Gasoline class organic matter and Diesel type of organic matter.

    4. Strengthen the solvent, coating, surface active agent, pharmaceutical, of biodegradable lubricants, etc 

    5. Resistance to toxic substances (including the sudden influx of hydrocarbons, and heavy metal concentrations increased)

    Application Method

    The tests show that the following physical and chemical parameters on bacterial growth is the most effective:

    1. pH: Average range between 5.5 to 9.5, it will grow most rapidly between 7.0-7.5.

    2. Temperature: Take effect between 10 ℃ - 60 ℃.Bacteria will die if the temperature is higher than 60 ℃. If it is lower than 10 ℃ , bacteria will not die, but the growth of bacteria cell will be restricted a lot. The most suitable temperature is between 26-32 ℃.

    3. Dissolved oxygen: In anaerobic tank dissolved oxygen content is 0-0.5mg/L;In anoxic tank dissolved oxygen content is 0.5-1mg/L;In Aerobic tank dissolved oxygen content is 2-4mg/L.

    4. Micro-Elements: Proprietary bacteria group will need a lot of elements in its growth, such as potassium, iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, etc., normally it contains enough mentioned elements in soil and water.

    5. Salinity: It is applicable in the seawater and freshwater, the maximum tolerance of 40 ‰ salinity.

    6. Poison Resistance: It can more effectively resist chemical toxic substances, including chloride, cyanide and heavy metals, etc.

    *When the contaminated area contains biocide,need to test the sffect to bacteria.

    Note: When there is bactericide in polluted area , its function to microbial should be in advance.

    Under the recommended storage conditions and shelf life is 1 year.

    Storage Method

    Sealed storage in a cool, dry place, away from the fire, at the same time don't store with toxic substances. After contact with the product, hot, soapy water wash hands thoroughly, avoid inhalation or contact with eyes.
